OUR APPROACH
We believe meaningful change can happen when people are given the space, time, and environment to step outside of their usual routines. Our approach brings together nature, practical activity including bushcraft skills, and psychologically informed practice, creating opportunities for reflection, connection, and new experiences.
We use the natural environment as more than a backdrop - it is an active part of the work. Our programmes are experiential, engaging people through doing as well as talking, and are adapted to the needs of the the individuals and groups we work with.

Our work is informed by established psychological and nature-based theories, including biophilia, Attention Restoration Theory, Stress Reduction Theory, Internal Family Systems, and theories of attachment, emotional regulation, and behaviour
